Your rights over your data

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights at any time over the personal data we process.

• Right of access: obtain a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to erasure: request the deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
• Right to restriction: temporarily restrict a processing operation.
• Right to object: object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Right to portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Withdrawal of consent: withdraw at any time the consent given to the processing of sensitive data, without retroactive effect.

How to exercise them?

Most actions are available directly in the app (Settings › Account). You can also write to us at dpo@realitim.com specifying your request. We reply within one month. Proof of identity may be requested for sensitive data.

Complaint

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), www.cnil.fr, or with your local supervisory authority.
