Terms of use and sale

These general terms (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Ozer application and services (the “Service”). By creating an account, you fully accept these Terms.

1. Access to the Service — adults only

The Service is strictly reserved for people aged at least 18. Age verification is performed at sign-up. Any false statement about your age results in the immediate termination of your account. See our minor protection policy.

2. Description of the Service

Ozer offers intimacy challenges, narrative series, quizzes and a conversational coach powered by artificial intelligence (“Luna”). The Service is aimed at entertainment and relational well-being. It is neither a dating service, nor medical, psychological or therapeutic advice.

3. User account

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity carried out from your account. You undertake to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

4. Rules of good conduct

• Do not publish unlawful, hateful or non-consensual content.
• Do not impersonate others or share a third party’s content without their consent.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, moderation or usage limitation measures.
• Respect your partner: every exchange is based on mutual consent.

User-generated content can be reported and moderated. A user can block their partner at any time.

5. Luna AI coach

Luna is an automated conversational agent. Her replies are generated by an artificial intelligence model and may contain inaccuracies. They do not replace professional advice. In case of distress, contact emergency services or the relevant help resources.

6. Subscriptions, prices and billing

The Service offers a free trial period, a limited free plan and a Premium subscription. Subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play platforms, depending on your device, and are subject to those platforms’ terms.

• The applicable price is displayed in the app before any purchase confirmation.
• Unless disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription is automatically renewed for an identical duration.
• Cancellation can be done at any time from the subscription settings of your Apple or Google account and takes effect at the end of the current period.

7. Right of withdrawal

As this is digital content supplied immediately, you acknowledge that by starting to use the Service you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). Refund management is subject to the terms of the download platform.

8. Intellectual property

All elements of the Service are protected. A personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use is granted to you for the duration of your subscription.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these Terms, in particular in cases of age fraud, unlawful content or harm to the security of the Service. You can delete your account at any time from the app or our dedicated page.

10. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in our privacy policy.

11. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the Service.

12. Changes to the Terms

The Terms may be updated. In the event of a substantial change, you will be informed. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

13. Applicable law and mediation

The Terms are governed by French law. In accordance with articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you may resort free of charge to a consumer mediator in the event of a dispute. Any question can be addressed to contact@realitim.com.
