In the app, open your profile and send your invite link. When your partner opens it, their account links with yours and your shared space is activated.

Subscriptions are handled by the App Store or Google Play, never by us directly. Open your store’s subscription settings to change or cancel: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Install Ozer on your new phone and sign in with the same account: conversations, progress and subscription resync automatically.

Check your connection, update Ozer from your store and relaunch the app. If the problem persists, write to us with your phone model: we reply within 48 business hours.

Write to us at the support address above. Safety-related reports, especially anything involving minors, are handled as a priority.

Directly in the app, from your profile settings, or by following the steps on the “Manage my account” page. Deletion erases your data in line with our privacy policy.
