Delete my account and my data

You can delete your Ozer account at any time. Deletion erases your personal data, in accordance with the GDPR (except for data we must keep for legal obligations, such as billing).
Method 1 — From the app (recommended)
- Open Ozer and sign in.
- Go to “Profile” then “Settings”.
- Select “Account” then “Delete my account”.
- Confirm. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Method 2 — By email
If you no longer have access to the app, send us a request from the email address associated with your account:
Which data is deleted?
- Your profile, preferences and avatar.
- Your conversations with Luna and the associated memory.
- Your challenge progress, quizzes and statistics.
- Your partner links and sent invitations.
Retained data
Some billing data may be kept for as long as required by law. Managing your subscription (cancellation, refund) is done through the App Store or Google Play.
Timeframe
Email requests are processed within a maximum of 30 days. A confirmation is sent to you once the deletion has been completed.
