Child safety standards
Last updated : October 29, 2026
Ozer, the app published by REALITIM, has a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Ozer is strictly reserved for adults (18 and over). These standards apply across the whole app: partner games and messaging, stories, and Ozer Encounters.
What is prohibited
- Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), in any form: photo, video, audio, text, drawing, edited or generated image.
- Any sexualisation of a minor.
- Soliciting a minor, grooming, and any attempt to contact a minor for sexual purposes.
- Sextortion and blackmail with intimate images.
- Requesting, sharing, promoting or seeking such content, including through links or contact details for other services.
- Use of Ozer by anyone under 18.
Prevention
- Age gate at sign-up: the date of birth is required, any age under 18 blocks access permanently, and the rule is enforced by our servers.
- Ozer Encounters: the age shown is calculated by our servers from the date of birth, never typed in; the age ranges searched never go below 18; contact details are not allowed in profiles.
- Player profile photos are scanned automatically before they become visible, and photos and videos exchanged in the app are scanned by our safety filters.
How to report
- In the app: “Report” on a player profile (reason “Minor”), on a message or media in the chat, and “Block” at any time. A profile reported as possibly belonging to a minor is hidden immediately.
- By email, at any time: contact@realitim.com.
- To the authorities: in the United States, the NCMEC CyberTipline; in France, the PHAROS platform (internet-signalement.gouv.fr); anywhere, the police in case of immediate danger.
What we do
- We remove the content as soon as we become aware of it, and our team reviews it promptly.
- We suspend, then delete the account involved, with no way to recreate a player profile.
- We preserve the evidence needed for investigation, as the law requires.
- We report to the competent authorities (PHAROS in France, NCMEC where applicable) and cooperate with law enforcement.
Compliance with the law
Ozer complies with applicable child protection laws, including the French law on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN), the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) and the laws of the countries where the app is distributed.
